Depends – If you want to work as product manager some experience would be useful. However, we have many positions that do not require previous experience, plus, we are happy to train our staff and teach you what you need to know!
Depending on your position we don´t mind a few days of home office. However, we generally prefer you being able to come into the office – complete remote work is not an option right from the start
