We don’t want to lie to you: it´s A LOT easier if you know what you are doing! However, we offer in-person trainings as well as online trainings and a support hotline. Giving you a robot you cant operate doesn’t make sense for us either
Yes! We offer all our rental robots for sale as well. If you buy a robot, we are flexible in deducting past rental cost and are happy to find a solution
Yes, the contract covers all corner cases we have encountered so far. For example, we do not take responsibility for damages on floors caused by heavy robots. We advise clients how and where robots can be used safely but do not take responsibility if they wish to ignore adivce
